Shipping & Return Policy
We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.
Complimentary shipping is offered year-round on select items. Simply look for a "Free Shipping" message on the page of the product you are purchasing. You will then have the option to select free shipping during checkout. Some larger or high-value items may not offer complimentary shipping due to the insurance requirements of our shipping providers. Orders that contain large furniture items that cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx are also ineligible for complimentary shipping.
A customized shipping quote will be displayed during the checkout process and is based on the item(s) you have chosen to purchase. If all items in your cart are eligible for free shipping, you will have the option to choose from free basic shipping or expedited services for an additional fee.
Items that are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx will be shipped with a freight company. We offer a white glove service, in which the merchandise is brought into your home or office, unpacked, inspected and placed in the location of your choice. The checkout process will inform you of the shipping options available for the items you are purchasing.
