Hold All Gifts
“Hold All Gifts” is a convenient program in which Scully & Scully sends out a gift card to notify the bride of each gift purchased from her registry. We automatically credit the bride’s account for each gift and hold that credit until the bride places an order. The accrued credit may be used for any merchandise in the store, but we only ship merchandise using the bridal credit at the bride or groom’s request. This method allows the couple to have immediate notification of gifts so they can promptly write their thank-you notes, without the inconvenience of sporadic gift deliveries.

The Hold All Gifts Program allows the couple much more freedom than the traditional method of shipping gifts as they are purchased. This enables the bride and groom to spend their credit on the items they prefer to receive. It also provides the luxury of changing your mind without the hassle of constantly returning merchandise. For example, if you have received 12 dinner plates, 2 teacups and saucers, and 5 salad plates, you may want to even things out and order a complete set of 8 place settings instead of an incomplete set of 12. Or, of course, you can use your credit to purchase any merchandise we display in the store, including furniture, lamps, and gift items.

When the bride and groom wish to select their gifts and finalize their bridal order, they can decide which items to order and where to have them shipped. All orders for gifts that are in stock will be shipped from our warehouse immediately. Delivery of gifts that must be special-ordered from the manufacturer may vary in their delivery times, and are not returnable.

Return & Pricing Policies
Scully & Scully cannot accept returns on any merchandise that is special-ordered, such as china, crystal or flatware, or any items that Scully & Scully does not normally stock. This applies to all orders placed using bridal credit.

Please also be aware that merchandise prices may change at any time. The items on a bridal registry are subject to the same price updates. Any order purchased from a bridal registry, including orders purchased with bridal credit, will be processed at the current retail price.
