Return Policy

We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

Shipping Rates

A customized shipping quote will be displayed during the checkout process and is based on the item(s) you have chosen to purchase. Items marked as eligible for free shipping will use the chart below to determine your shipping charge, if any. Items not marked as eligible for free shipping are oversized and will include a shipping surcharge on top of the standard charge listed below. International shipments may incur additional charges at the time of shipment. You will be notified of any additional charges before shipment is made.

Items that are too large to ship via UPS or Federal Express will be shipped with a freight company. We offer a basic freight service, in which the merchandise is delivered to your property, and a white glove service, in which the merchandise is brought into your home or office, unpacked, inspected and placed in the location of your choice. The checkout process will inform you of these choices if your order contains an item that must be shipped with a freight company.

Please note that orders placed from a wedding registry do not qualify for free shipping. These orders will ship to the wedding registrant's preferred address on file and will be charged the "Standard Ground" shipping charge from the chart below.
