Etruscan-style necklace consists of 10-12 mm aquamarine gemstone beads (3 - 8 cts per bead) set into brilliant 22k gold thick sailors knots. The terminations are also crafted with 22k yellow gold, featuring twisted wires and a 20k gold S-hook. Handmade in America.
