Description Shipping & Returns

Completely handmade and handpainted on both sides by one family in Germany since 1796 with traditional techniques. Every figurine is individually cast from a mold that was carefully engraved in slabs of slate. Each mold's "life" is limited to about one thousand castings after which a new mold has to be carved to ensure the quality and richness of even the tiniest detail. Because each piece is handpainted by individual artists, colors may vary slightly from the image shown.

We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely.
