Artist Shogo Kariyazaki partnered with Daum to create "Les Quatre Saisons", a crystal vase for each season. As a floral designer, the artist lets his imagination run wild. Each season is revealed by a subtle choice of colors enhanced by the magic of the "pâte de cristal". This rare and ancient technique, which dates back to 5,000 BC, involves melting many fragments of colored crystal within a mold. The resulting detail, subtle shading, and intense color of each sculpture brings us closer each time to one of our "seasons," to a certain memory. Handmade in France. Limited Edition of 99.
