The photographer Jean-Francois Leroy in collaboration with Daum captured one of the most powerful animals of the wilderness, the rhinoceros. The multishaded crystal lends to creating a striking sculpture that stands to be a bold statement piece in any home or office. Recognized for his bronze animal sculptures in a realist style, Leroy exhibits in many galleries and participates in major art fairs on the theme of animals.

Each Daum crystal piece is made using the rare and ancient "Pâte de Verre" glassmaking technique, which dates back to 5,000 BC, involves melting many fragments of colored crystal within a mold. This results in intense colors and subtle shading. Handmade in France. Limited edition of 1000.
