In 1874, a Herend artist picked up his tools to try to mimic a Chinese plate's fish scale design and the illustrious fishnet pattern was born. Porcelain from Hungary, handmade and handpainted with 24k gold accents. The scarf is always washed the same color as fishnet and the antlers are always gold.

English style chairs are handcrafted of mahogany before being handpainted a rich ebony color with an ornate chinoiserie design. The seats are rattan, topped with soft cushions featuring off-white velvet covers that are zippered in back to remove for dry cleaning. The rear legs are sabers, while the front two are round tapered legs terminating in spade feet.
