Ground shipping (3-5 business days) for this item is FREE. You will have the option to choose from free Ground shipping or expedited services for an additional fee during checkout. Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

This is a elegant place setting for formal dining. We love it!

Beautiful, durable

We've had this china for almost 20 years and use it at least 2 or 3 times a year. Despite steak knives and slipped serving pieces, it still looks good as new. It makes for a beautiful, elegant table setting; more colorful than plain banded china but without looking fussy.It can't go in the microwave or dishwasher, of course; that's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
