Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

Adorable and unique

I've been acquiring a menagerie of small herend figurines of animals for many years now, all varieties and colors. This one compliments the others perfectly, in its "chocolate" color, and is, in the words of the salesperson, "adorable", this clearly young elephant.I go into the store, where I've hand-written gift cards and had them ship (for free!), but the items in the store are really well-represented in the catalogs, from the herend to the leather rhinoceros and serious wood and glass.The herend collection alone is unique and there is quite an extensive collection on display, and available for purchase, including some which take weeks to custom-order. So, the products are quite elegant and eminently suitable for an extravagant gift or self-indulgent. Staff are knowledgeable and the store is an adventure in itself.
