Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

Extremely Satisfied

I ordered the Herrend Heart on December 11 and told that item was on back order and should be sent early the next week. Item was received on December 17 by Fedex. Telephone order representative was friendly and efficient.Will only use Scully and Scully for future Herrend orders.Sincerely,Thomas Maxfield

For about the last 15 years I have used this comapny and ever product has been top notch. The gift boxes are the icing on the cake as they are just lovely. I purchased it for a dear friend of my daughter’s graduation gift as she has a heart of gold and it ws the perfect gift.
