Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

So Pleased

I had a Herend Miniature Owl that was broken by mistake. I was thrilled to find one just like the one I had at Scully & Scully! It was packaged so beautifully and arrived quickly!

A Perfect Gift

This is a great piece from Herend. My wife is Hungarian and loves porcelain from Herend. She has been collecting the miniatures and other pieces for years. This summer we had an opportunity to photograph a Great Barred Owl and her chick in an Arizona Ash tree here in southern Arizona. This piece is quite fitting to remind us of that event.
