Handcrafted of porcelain, the traditional tea jar used to transport spices, herbs, and tea leaves along the Silk Road to the West is given an elegant finish with a handpainted blue & white scene. The traditional blue and white colors so often found in Cantonware, so named for the Canton port exporting goods to the West, create a beautiful scene of traditional Chinese landscapes. Ideal as decor for a table or mantel, and stunning as a pair.
