Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

Better than expected.

I was looking at other luggage racks this week; and this one far exceeds anything I saw locally. Meets the excellent quality expected from Scully & Scully. It is truly a work of art, of craftsmanship seen so rarely these days. Would not hesitate to order again or to recommend to my friends and family. Just bought my beach home and expect it will get a lot of use, and expect it will last a long time.

Good quality - small size

We received the rack on time and it was well packed. It seems to be quite sturdy compared to the old luggage rack it replaces. It is smaller, but probably will be OK as it seems stronger and more steady.

Bought another for the guest bedroom

We had purchased the same luggage rack in dark walnut and it works well and looks fine in the Master Bedroom. We just purchased another in fruitwood, this time for the guest bedroom. It arrived on time and in fine condition - looks terrific in the room.
