How do I know if an item is in stock?

As hard as we try to keep advertised items in stock, unanticipated demand can exhaust our supply. Each product page will display that product's current inventory status. If a product is in stock, you will see a message stating "In Stock - Ready to Ship". If the product is not currently in stock, you will see a message which provides our best estimate of how long it will take after your order is placed before the shipment will occur. Our merchandise is often handmade and always of the highest quality, so it can take longer to re-order. Some of our handmade merchandise is only available on a "made to order" basis. In the event of a delay, we will notify you. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship. We are confident you will find your selection worth the wait.

Does Scully & Scully ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. When placing an order with an international shipping address, you will be automatically redirected to our global shipping partner, Global Shopex, to complete your transaction. Global Shopex will provide the shipping cost and any duties/taxes that apply for the country you are shipping to.

What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery is a service that we offer to ensure quality and safe delivery for larger furniture items (desks, tables, chairs, etc.). If white glove delivery is selected, the shipping company will bring the merchandise into your home or office, place it in a location of your choice, and unpack and inspect the goods. The shipping company will contact you 1-3 days prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. If there is an issue with the delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact customer service at 1-800-223-3717.

How do I handle a return?

We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit for up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customization.

Will I be refunded the full amount of my purchase?

All properly completed returns will be subject to Scully & Scully’s Return Policy and will be credited based on the original price paid, including any applicable sales tax. However, shipping charges will not be credited back. On the return packing list, we request that you submit an email address or telephone number to receive confirmation of your return.

What if my item comes damaged or is defective?

In such an event, please contact customer service at 1-800-223-3717 and report the nature of the damage/defect. Please preserve all packing materials as we will arrange for UPS or Fedex to return to pick up the package and return it to us. If possible, we also ask that you take photographs of the damages in order to assess the cause and prevent future damages. Once you report your damage claim, we will arrange for either a replacement item to be delivered or for you to be credited back for all charges to your original form of payment.
