Return Policy
We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit for up to 90 days. As such, please open your delivered pieces promptly to ensure there are no damages or defects. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. If an item is delivered in damaged condition, please contact our customer service network before returning it. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing. Please allow 7-10 days for processing a return once Scully & Scully has received your returned item(s).

Shipping Rates
A customized shipping quote will be displayed during the checkout process and is based on the item(s) you have chosen to purchase. If all items in your cart are eligible for free shipping, you will have the option to choose from free basic shipping or expedited services for an additional fee. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance.
Items that are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx will be shipped with a freight company. We offer a White Glove service, in which the merchandise is brought into your home or office, unpacked, inspected, and placed in the location of your choice. The checkout process will inform you of the shipping options available for the items you are purchasing.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for the states that require it (AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
Does Scully & Scully ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. When placing an order with an international shipping address, you will be provided with a shipping quote based on the items in your order and the final shipping address. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping. Please note that duties/taxes for the destination country may be collected by the shipping carrier. If you wish to have duties/taxes collected by Scully & Scully, please contact our Customer Service department after completing your order.
