But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Silver Plate Sea Turtle

I am truly thrilled with this purchase, but I do want to share that it took 3.5 months to receive the turtle. This is not a complaint as I was aware that this is a handcrafted, imported, item which was ordered around the holidays. In the end, it was definitely worth the wait. If you search the web, you can find similar, less expensive versions of this turtle, but it was clear that those others lacked the fine detail in the metal work and they were probably assembled quickly and cheaply. For this turtle, I chose to pay more and wait longer to obtain a true heirloom and my highest expectations were met when this arrived. The metal surfaces have ornate detail and the shell offers a rainbow of brilliant color. I sense that a great deal of time and attention to detail was invested in creating this turtle and I'm very happy with my purchase.
