Lightweight with beautiful construction!

Everything about this luggage stand is perfect! I LOVE the colour of the wood. The wood items in the room I needed this for are all mahogany/cherry wood and it’s extremely difficult finding a luggage stand in that precise reddish-brown hue. Most luggage stands are either black, ivory or your typical yellow-toned brown. But this has a lovely deep wine-red undertone. You can see this in the stock photo which is why I decided to take the gamble, and it literally is EXACTLY as pictured. I’m also impressed how seamlessly the straps match the color of the wood and appreciate that they are leather, which will age very nicely vs. fabric straps that are guaranteed to get dirty after hoisting a few pieces of dusty luggage on it. Height is perfect. Construction is perfect. And the stand is lightweight enough to move around easily. The brass element is really what sold me on this one - it’s such a lovely addition and makes it look so elegant and less boring than an all wooden stand. My first ever Scully & Scully purchase and I couldn’t be happier!
