We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

Outstanding Service and a Great Product

My wife and I admired the Gien safari plates when we visited the Park Avenue store in the fall. Carrie Rabkin helped us and I called her several weeks later to order 4 of the desert plates and 4 of the dinner plates. The dinner plates were back ordered but Carrie said she would keep me informed about the status of my order and she did via email. Just before Christmas she informed me that the plates had arrived from the supplier and that they would be sent to me via overnight courier. They arrived the day before Christmas in time for me to put a label on them and place them under the tree for my wife. She loves them. My thanks to Carrie and the entire Scully & Scully team who made it happen.My best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous 2020!

I love zebras!

I fed a baby zebra in Kenya in 1971 while on a safari and I have collected zebra and African items all these many years! I am enjoying this set of Safari mugs and the plate I purchased!

the mug is perfect and the manner in which TvellUcci handled my issue was efficient, capable, he is a credit to Scully & Scully , Give him a raise! He's really outstanding!
