Description Shipping & Returns

Designed between 1737 and 1741, this beautiful porcelain Dinner Plate is part of Meissen's Swan Service, the most elaborate Baroque ceremonial service with over 2,200 pieces. The collection's name is derived from the relief of a pair of swans floating through reeds, set in the plate mirror of a seashell. The dinner plate is crafted of white porcelain and then rimmed in 24k gold. Handmade in Germany.
