Description Shipping & Returns

An important source of income for the Dutch fishing trade for hundreds of years, the humble herring was honored in this popular and classic design from 1880. The herring lies in relief in the middle of the dish, decorated in the traditional blue and white color palette of Delft. Entirely handpainted in Holland in the same workshop in production since the 17th century. Exclusively at Scully & Scully.
