The multifaceted snake sculpture vase is a fine masterpiece from Daum. The long body of the snake creates layers that reflect light in different directions, which creates different shades of green & grey across the vase, as the crystal shines in different hues. The multilayered structure also creates a specific texture for the vase, which allows the piece to standout in any interior home design. Each Daum crystal piece is made using the rare and ancient "Pâte de Verre" glassmaking technique, which dates back to 5,000 BC, involves melting many fragments of colored crystal within a mold. This results in intense colors and subtle shading. Handmade in France. Limited edition of 888
