Buccellati Tahiti was born in the '60s, based upon original drawings by Gianmaria Buccellati for an influential Italian industrialist, who ordered it for his yacht. The precious set in sterling silver and bamboo evokes the Polynesian natural wonders and proposes a combination of high elegance and eco-sustainability. The collection name is tightly linked to French post-Impressionist artist Paul Gauguin, who lived in Tahiti during the last period of his life and was very much inspired by the island for his paintings portraying Tahiti and its wonderful landscapes.
