As any artist knows, the color of a piece of artwork can convey as much about its story as its design. In order to capture the graceful, quiet dynamic of a water bird that stands motionless for hours while searching for its next meal, the artists at Herend wisely decided to proceed with a soft color palette. Not only does it beautifully capture what is often described as the “subtle blue gray” plumage of the Great Blue Heron, but the combination of the platinum and blue fishnet also gives this solitary hunter an appropriately reserved air that belies the lightning-quick reflexes when he finally does spot his next target.

Herend porcelain from Hungary is handmade and handpainted with 24k gold accents. Limited Edition of 150.

Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance.

We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.
