Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Personalized items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing.

Love your service!

Herend is always lovely, but the service from your company is exemplary! Is that the right word? Ok, Exceptional! I was notified right away that this was on back order. That was very helpful as I was sending it as a gift and didn’t want too much of a delay. I corresponded with a real person! The fact that they cared meant a lot to me. Thanks Scully and Scully! I appreciate your service in today’s world where many stores don’t even have a clue!
