Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Mahogany Banded Wastebasket? Yes, Please!

I ordered 1 for my office nook and 1 for my living room.I have an open concept, and they look fabulous with my clear oak floors, solid Mahogany , cherry and dark stained oak pieces. Now I want 2 for my Master bedroom.They came faster than expected by Fed Ex perfectly packaged to protect. Superb finish, grain and craftmanship.

A truly handsome item

Just received this item, and could not be more pleased! It is beautiful, and looks exactly like it is pictured on the website. It is sturdy and elegant, more like a piece of furniture than just a trash can. It is so nice looking, I'm almost afraid to put any trash it! It was securely packed, and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend it - you will not find something like this in a store. A top notch experience, and would definitely order from this company again!
