Expedited shipping on personalized items is only applied upon receiving finished personalized item. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance. We make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 60 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit up to 90 days. Returned items must be unused and in salable condition. A gift can be returned within 90 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Mahogany grid wastebasket

This product brings mahogany to a new level of beauty. It's functionality is also greatly increased as it has an easily removable lining, thus should moisture or leakage or odor be potential problems it can not happen due to the substantial liner and the liner remains almost invisible due to its subdued slate gray color. The waste basket adds beauty to any room in the house, even the kitchen. An outstanding design beautifully rendered. Tastefully done. Exquisite

I purchased the small and medium of this basket and the quality is excellent. Exact color and style I wanted. The medium size was a little bigger than I wanted but it will work. Super fast delivery. Will come back to shop again!

I am so tired of ordering junk on line all to save a few bucks, and then see it fall apart in no time. So I dug deep and paid a small fortune for this wastebasket, but it's beautiful, well made, and I know it will be the last one I will ever need for my office. I also love that it has a plastic liner in it, so I don't have the cart the whole thing to the garage can every time it needs to be emptied. Also, it's beautiful
